Idea 1
Using sound to create a scenes of a journey though London, on route to university.
- Include field recording of my journey
- Manipulate recorded audio in DAWs
- Throughout the journey the mind will drift off into memory
Idea 2
Hallucinogenic/Trippy Experience of a Night Out
- Include field recorded foley to emulate distinctive sounds you hear on a night out
- Manipulate Audio in DAWs to create a hallucinogenic/trippy Experience
Final Idea
After evaluation I am swelling key parts from both ideas I really like for a final idea to run with.

Using a physical space in this case an elevator and with the manipulation of sound I will create an anxiety induing and horror themed space to be in mentally.
The soundscape will take you through a journey physically and mentally.
There will be a contrast between peace and fear, I will create the sense of peace with normal sounds of an elevator and the manipulate the audio in a halougenic sense to create a theme of a bad trip in the elevator creating the scenes of fear.
DAW
- Logic Pro X
Logic was the first DAW I learnt about, my journey with logic began in college and for 2 years I created art with sound and fell in love with the art sound.
I have a good understanding how to get a project done in logic as I used and learnt about it for 2 years in college.
- Pro Tools
I plan to use the knowledge of the second DAW I have touched which is protools which we are being taught currently in university.
I have the bare minimum of knowledge when it comes to protools however Im hoping this project will increase my knowledge.
